We picked up these lunchtime treats for £2 a pop in Brixton today. The shopkeeper kid said it was barracuda, but he also told us the tail was tucked into the mouth so it could be worn like a bracelet. I think he might have been taking the mickey. Don’t let the smell of smoked dead thing put you off though. It actually tastes pretty good – like smoked mackerel or something – and is delicious on toast.
