A New Offering From London’s Most Prominent Beatmaker

I recently wrote about an 18-year old musician, Tom Misch, who is as important to the UK’s beatmaking scene as Benga and Skream were to dubstep. Churning out tracks at a Ta-Ku or Carmack-esque rate, this London producer has had me hooked since day one and continues to impress me with some 30-or-so releases later.

“Now” is his latest offering and contains even more enchanting elements than I’ve come to expect. From the horns to the hook to the snappy percussion, it’s a timeless feel good tune and it’s right at home between you and your significant other on any lazy Sunday afternoon.
