THUMP: What are the first two songs you ever mixed together?
Agoria: I guess I was five years old. I had a Fisher Price record player and I put four or five records I had in the little hole―music from cartoons or stories for kids. As far as I remember, I kept pushing all the records into it, and I ended up breaking my record player. My mom punished me and didn’t allow me to mix for few years after that!
What is your worst guilty pleasure song?
I would say Crystal Waters “Gipsy Woman.”

What song have you had on repeat in the last month?
If I’m going to club, it’s Emika’s “Melancholia Euphoria.” If I’m in a car at night, it’s “Don’t Let Him Take Your Love From Him” by Undisputed Truth. But if I’m at home, it’s Grace Jones’ “Williams Blood.”
Which track of your own do you love the most?
I’m still in studio at the moment, so it’s paradoxical because the track I love the most is the one I’m doing and the one I hate the most is also the one I’m about to finish. I’ve been working on it for the last few days now. But one I prefer would depend on the day. Today, I guess it’s “Helice.” It has been years since I released a functional techno tune.
What track of your own do you hate the most?
“Litte Daddy” on Kubik. It was one of my very first tunes and it was really helpful that this record had no mastering at all! It’s really rough and sadly not on YouTube.
What track are you most excited to drop in a set?
Any tracks by one of the only real legends of electronic music, Mark Ernestus. It could be a track under any of his aliases too, like Jeri Jeri.
What’s the last song you want to hear before the lights go on?
When party is over, right at that time I’m about to go home, whether you’re a couple or single, we all wanna share love!
