Ingredients
2-3 ounces thinly sliced (and incredibly fresh “sushi grade”) fluke
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon high quality extra-virgin olive oil
1 pinch of Maldon sea salt
pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
torn cilantro cilantro leaves, to garnish
Directions
1. Thinly slice fish. Place on plate and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with torn cilantro leaves.
