On Wednesday, Chris Coleman’s Wales team made history by facing Portugal in the semi-final of the European Championships in France. Bale vs. Ronaldo, Robson Kanu vs. Carvalho, James Collins vs. anything and anyone he could feasibly get a header on: it was a thrilling game, with Wales unlucky to lose to a suckerpunch one-two of quick goals in the 50th and 53rd minute. Due to massive fan demand, the initial Fanzone in Cardiff was shifted to the city’s Millennium Stadium so more fans could sit, sing, and bask in the glory of arguably Welsh football’s most important night.
