Between going out on a huge tour, guesting on a few tracks, releasing new videos, and tearing into network TV appearances, Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi haven’t stayed quiet since the release of last year’s SremmLife 2. But until this morning, they hadn’t released a single of their own in the 12 months since their second album. So, welcome to the long-awaited SremmLife 3 release process, I guess. The Mike Will-produced “Perplexing Pegasus” dropped this morning and it’s essentially one flex after another from the brothers. “Jump in the Pegasus / All kinda reckless the necklace / All kinda reckless I flexed it,” Swae Lee half-sings at the top of the track. “I’m in love with money / I’m in love with ballin’ / Gotta keep my phone on vibrate, how these bitches callin’,” Slim Jxmmi raps before telling everyone how good he is at 2K.
