VBS – WE’VE GOT A TECH SHOW!

Not to totally donk you out this morning, but we just wanted to mention that our Donk-umentary is the opening salvo in a new technology or “tech” show  called Motherboard that we’re putting together with Dell. In the same way that Toxic wrested environmentalism away from all the dreadlocked, mathematically-deficient pantywaists, Motherboard will be a beacon of jaw-distending science news in a sea of shitty gadget blogs. We are admittedly nerds for all this stuff, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be psyched. Here is a little mixed list of subjects we’ll be covering in the first few months and topics you will never, ever, EVER see on Motherboard. Try to figure out which ones are which…

-The guy who basically came up with video games as we know them.
-Lengthy tirades about the adoption of creative commons licenses.
-A 2.5-acre forensics farm in Tennessee full of dead bodies.
-Personal information about people who work for Apple.
-Clothing and/or artwork based on 8-bit video games.
-The pioneer of the monkey head transplant.
-The Mexican version of the Rocketeer.
-Some phone or mp3 player or something that’s shaped like something else.
-Extremely smart people who are getting really close to producing actual artificial intelligence.
-Steampunk.
