Diamond Version, the collaborative project of hyper-experimental Byetone and Alva Noto, have been drip-feeding us with their super visceral music, releasing EPs little by little.

“Shift The Future” is the latest track from EP2, and it is a HEAVY listen, like, don’t listen to it if you’re trying to unwind after work with a bottle of Pinot Grigio. Do listen to it if you want to get yourself pumped for an evening of stomping to aggressive dance instrumentals. Unsurprisingly, the video is similarly dark, as it draws you in with pulsing graphics and telly fuzz. Basically, it’s not for the faint-hearted.
