The Prazsky Krysarik, aka the Prague Ratter, is considered the smallest breed in the world. Their owners like to walk around with them stuffed into pockets and purses–it’s a way better look than a leash. The word Ratter means a dog that’s used to catch rats, but these days they’re too busy being adorable to hunt anything.
