In the UK, it can seem that the "harm reduction" resources on offer consist mainly of scaremongering tactics: government campaigns showing images of drug users freaking out as the word PARANOIA flashes across the screen. This is the remedy.

As part of a new VICE harm reduction campaign, Safe Sesh, we are launching a series of short films which offer realistic and practical advice for the taking of all of the UK's favourite drugs, delivered by a scientist from drug testing non-profit organisation The Loop. In this episode, we look at the drugs UK users take more of than anyone else in Europe: MDMA and ecstasy.
