Blake Sims zig-zagged his way to a 43-yard touchdown run, leaving at least four ankles in shambles and Verne Lundquist speechless beyond “oh, wow.” Alabama has jumped all over Texas A&M and Sims’s run put the Crimson Tide up 24-0 early in the second quarter and don’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.
