Imagine the frustration of getting all your friends together, outfitted in costumes and armed with video equipment, looking to simulate a crashing spaceship in Chatroulette…and no one watches. This video from LaughPong is here to prove two things: a) that Chatroulette had a lot of potential, but ended up in the hands of wankers, and b) that those who still like Star Trek are fans of TOS (The Original Series), not the guys from the New Generation.
With plans gone awry, the group compiled all of their receptively low reactions into a YouTube piece with the following message:

To boldly go where no ship has dared to go before…Chatroulette. Why did this happen? We were all geared up with a set, costumes, and A/V equipment for our Artemis Gameplay video and decided to put the 10″ mainscreen to terrifying use in one of our breaks. Destination? Chatroulette. How did it turn out? You would be shocked to see how many people clicked away almost instantly. We would get “nexted” twenty to fifty times before anyone would stop. If the whole starship bridge isn’t “engaging” enough to make you stop, I feel downright sorry for the guy in a dimly lit room on his webcam in his mom’s basement. Do not worry, basement guy, it’s not just you—these people are hard to please!
UPDATE: This is a modified version of the video as I was forced by YouTube to take down by the original due to privacy complaints.
Watch the hilarious video now, before it’s taken down forever because of privacy and stupidity issues. Those Chatroulette trollers didn’t know what “gold” they were stumbling upon in the otherwise sea of “righteous babes.”
