First you draw some sketches of yourself. Then you have a plastic mold made. Then get some lube on your head and jam it in there (you’ll have to be a member to see the actual details – they’re a bit too raunchy to get into here).
One CRUCIAL part of this whole exercise is you have to make sure the plastic mold you make of your head is WAY smaller than your actual head.
