This year at the 2011 Worldwide Competition for Microsoft Office, Rebecca Rickwood, a 15 year old from England, was able to beat out 228,000 other candidates to be crowned the Microsoft Excel world champion. The competition tasked competitors with organizing and presenting data to the best of their ability in a given amount of time. Rebecca won $5,000 U.S., which will go to good use supporting her musical abilities with the purchase of new flute. Congrats Rebecca!
