Ingredients

3 tablespoons Tajín seasoning
2 lemon wedges
2 ounces|60 ml Maestro Dobel Humito
1 ounce|30 ml guava purée
½ ounce|15 ml Canton Ginger Liquor
½ ounce|15 ml fresh lemon juice
¼ ounce|7 ml Giffard Pamplemousse Rose
3 dashes Peychaud Bitters
Directions
- Place tajin in a shallow bowl.
- Rub the outer rim of a cocktail glass with one lemon wedge and dip the glass into the seasoning to coat.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into prepared glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.
