Since winning the 2016 Polaris Music Prize last week for his debut album, 99.9%, Kaytranada‘s been keeping busy, releasing a free mixtape, and hinting at a few upcoming collaborations. After Chance the Rapper confirmed an upcoming track, “They Say,” the Canadian DJ and producer shared a photo of him and Outkast’s Andre 3000 in the studio together on Snapchat last night.
Who knows when, or if, we might hear the fruits of this session, but given Kaytranada’s stellar track record with rappers including Anderson .Paak, Freddie Gibbs, and Chance, consider us excited.
