Have I ever told you how much I hate my fucking job? I mean my real job. Writing hackneyed reviews for seven-inch records pressed in editions of three hardly constitutes as a job. Although I wish it did.

For a good portion of my week I endure being around low birth types who are obsessed with cell phones, celebrities, religion, their families, and other worthless horseshit while I pray for their spontaneous combustion. The incessant jabber drives me insane and makes me wonder what exactly I did with my life to be stuck in this hellhole. Lack of education? Lack of rich parents? Lack of brains? As I sit and spiral further and further into the abyss of self-absorbed wallowing, the only solace I can find in my workday is sneaking in some cheap-o ear buds and listening to this particular mix; a mishmash of proggy/punky/psychy puke with some skinhead menace to boot. Maybe this mix will help you as much as it helps me. Or maybe you got the world on a string and you don’t need an earful of this shit to get through your day. Either way, we’re both gonna die eventually, so stop being so smug.
