Bacardi Presents: The Guide to the Competitive Cocktail Circuit – Part 3

In third and final part of the series, our host Chris Kevin attends the grand finals of the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition at the Sydney Town Hall. Tensions are high as each of the eight finalist bartenders present their signature cocktail to a panel of top-notch judges including Steve Schneider, Tom Walker, and Bacardi’s master blender Jose Sanchez Gavito. Chris provides us with running commentary as the finalists are narrowed down to three contestants, and then the announcement of the winner creates an emphatic roar. Then, Chris and the Bacardi family of bartenders, competitors, and judges head to Cockatoo Island for a much needed blowout to celebrate the week of rum-fueled madness and competition.
