Ingredients
1 ½ ounces|40 ml diplomatico rum
½ ounce|15 ml canton
1 ounce|30 ml pineapple shrub
soda, to top
pineapple, to garnish
crispy bacon, to garnish
Directions
Combine the rum, shrub, and Canton in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with the pineapple and pork.
