Kapp vs. Mosca: The 48-year Grudge Match

Just this past Friday two ancient legends of the Canadian Football League, Anthony Mosca and Joe Kapp, were brought together for a long overdue peacemaking ceremony at an alumni luncheon in Vancouver. Apparently Mosca now 74 years old, took a cheap-shot at Kapp’s teammate in the Grey Cup final back in 63’ that controversially knocked the player out of the game. There’s been bad blood between them ever since. Things didn’t go exactly as planned, and what ensues is a cringeworthy display of mic swinging, cane sabering and peace-flower stuffing.
