You know that thing where you ask someone about what they are into and their response is everything? First of all for 99.99999% of people, that’s bullshit. You can always find some sort of genre that someone can’t stand, aren’t aware of and despises, or is just plain forgetting when they say that statement. No one is into everything, and the closest you can get is mildly into some things and really into others.
But when it comes to music that leans on the heavier side, Iceland’s Muck is into everything and surprisingly, they pull it off. Screamo. Grind. Black metal. Post-rock. All of it, and it works together… no gimmicks, no messy transitions, just interesting songs on the band’s new LP Your Joyous Future. Stream it in full below.
