Outer Limits Recordings is Sam Mehran, an American living in London who’s been releasing underground records for years. Maybe you’ve heard of Matrix Metals, Wingdings, 90210, Explorers, or Yoga? That was all him. Now he’s having his own stab at popularity with OLR. Mostly his new songs appear through his YouTube channel (complete with full pop video).
