Awesome! Another boring scandal involving shitty art. Last time it was unfunny cartoons of Mohammed, and now it’s some photos featuring Christ, erections, nuns, boobs, crucifixes, blah, blah. Normally no one outside the art world would have seen these images, but the Spanish government has the taste of a goth teenager, and decided to use taxpayer’s money to fund this work. Politics aside, aren’t artists supposed to get the “Gay Christ” collection out of their system in art school?

Jose Antonio “Jam” Montoya defended his work, arguing that he is criticizing what he views as hypocrisy within the Church. I hope he tackles Capitalism next, with photos of Uncle Sam blowing Ronald McDonald whilst getting buttfucked by the Statue of Liberty wearing a strap-on.
