It's where Dahmer apparently murdered his first victim, but crashing there during the Trump show will cost you an arm and a leg.

The former home of deranged serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer is available to rent out for $8,000 during the week of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this July, the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

The three-bedroom house usually goes for $10,000 a month, according to the rental listing, but the house's current owner, Chris Butler, is apparently looking to make a killing on Trump-mania.

Butler, who happens to be the guy who write that song "I Know What Boys Like," told the Journal he thinks listing the home is a great way to "suck some Republican gelt" from a Trump-loving soul.

The house is believed to be the site of Dahmer's first murder—a hitchhiker named Steven Hicks whom Dahmer dismembered and buried in woods near the property in 1978. Dahmer was killed in prison after being convicted in the 1990s.

The mid-century modern looks pretty nice, and Butler told NPR in 2009 that the property actually has "really good vibes." Sure, eight grand is a bit much for what amounts to a four-day political party, but it's rather fitting that the rental would cost an arm and a leg.
