
When GG‘s chef/owner Bobby Hellen stopped by to check out our rooftop garden, he literally had a field day with the eggplants, lemongrass, hyssop, and heirloom carrots at his disposal.
With these as his main ingredients, he threw some ricotta and black vinegar into the mix to create a Mediterranean-meets-Chinese masterpiece, which, quite frankly, blew our minds.

It’s a dish that has all of the complex goodness that you would expect from a culinary badass like Hellen, who managed to condense all of these ingredients into a perfect summer bite. Easy? Check. Healthy-ish? Check. More addictive than Stranger Things? Correct.
