Fly High Society presents their latest compilation of out-of-this-world bleeps, cuts, and cosmic beats, with an interstellar mashup of celestial bliss. Overflowing with colourful and off-kilter beats, SPACEBUS platforms some of the collective’s finest emerging producers, with their distinctive DIY and punk-inspired ethos.
Bolts draws on his insatiable hunger for under-the-radar sounds, flipping anything from African tribesmen to Kraut synth jams in his track “Messages (One 4 Mercury)”. Mixing 8-bit storytelling with an SP404, HLMNSRA‘s “My Venus” evokes Argentinian summer vibes spliced with dark London nights. Tehbis, who is one of 2015’s ‘Beat Makers to Watch‘ drops his extra-terrestrial melody “Jupiter” inspired by Pokémon and vaporwave post-humanism. Iglooghost, whose latest release Milk Empire (which is a rap album about an oppressive dairy factory, ran buy a cruel cow emperor) was co-signed by the legendary Mary Anne Hobbs, that has Flylo and Kutmah providing the compilations that squeak and spolsh on ‘Saturn Rice’.
