If you’re new to Flim, let us be the first to inform you that his music legitimately never slows down. The acid techno maestro has been sending dancers in orbit all around the world for years, and this installment of Northmix will not be an exception.
From shows on the southern islands of Koh-Samui and Koh Pangham in Thailand, to previous residencies at Thailand’s imminent Full Moon, Black Moon and Half Moon parties, and a residency on the French Riviera―it was actually in Toronto that Flim found his footing in techno.

After relocating to Canada, Flim founded Blackmoon Productions and rapidly became a pivotal component to the Toronto techno scene. Through his monumental parties and commitment to dancefloor grinding music, he fostered a handful of EPs with enviable production levels. Like many of the greats, Europe called and Flim answered―as he now resides in Cannes, France. Currently he’s releasing his music on his new label Maetta.
So if you’re looking for a mix that’ll give you a dose of foot cramps, this is the one.
