The Opposite House is a boutique hotel in Beijing’s Sanlitun village, designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. Recently they launched a new film project called Short Stays where they commissioned three local filmmakers to make films set within the hotel. The artists chosen were Liu Jiayin, Zhao Ye, and upcoming Creator Peng Lei, director, pop icon, and member of electro neo-punk outfit New Pants.
