Aphex Twin Sold a Mysterious New Record and Performed His First U.S. Show in Eight Years

Aphex Twin performed in the United States for the first time in eight years last night. The performance was part of Houston’s Day for Night festival, which also included performances from Arca, Oneohtrix Point Never, and S U R V I V E, among others.

In addition to his performance at the festival, Aphex Twin also sold a mysterious new record at the mercy table for the festival. The all-white record only includes no text except for the festival’s date, location, and logos for Warp records and Aphex Twin.
