This is our friend Dana. She did the pumpkin heads cover for our Talking Issue. She and a friend were busted for drinking on the street by a pair of nice cops who let her continue sipping delicious nectar while writing them tickets.

I’ve dealt with a lot of cops in my life but these cats were definitely the coolest.

One said, “You know, you already have to pay the fine, so go ahead and finish your drinks.”
